Either go hang out in the Varrock Marketplace (World 1 is good) and wait for someone to offer some for sale, or check out the Zamorak's Forge board here at the TIP.it Marketplace. I would suggest picking a skill like wood cutting or mining where you can make a lot of money if you get your level up and then check the Zamorak's Forge forum for what you want.
