big problme with rs running while playing but isn't lag

okay heres the deal... it isn't lagg that i am shur of now from time to time and it is fustrating aas hell.. the click eating of food and what ever runs varrrrrry slow while everyone else iam around and runescape runs at a normal pace,......now heres a example:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i am in a middle of a field with 1 other guy we click on the mini map of the same spot but when i click i don't see a red flag yet for about 1 minute nyways hes tehre already and thats when i start moving as i said runescape runes normal but when i am clicking or what ever it is varyy slow

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

now i am thinking it isn't lagg becuase if it was everyone around me would me jolting runeing stopping rune and stopping bla bla bla you know what i mean

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

anyways could someoen help me figure out what this problem is?
