Ok so I want to start high alching, I am going to spend 500k or w/e to level up to 55 from 43 mage. Once I am at 55 mage, what do I do for a profit? How do I make a profit. Can you please explain the best way to alch in your opinion, and how to do it.

Well you can't really alch many things and even break even. If you do alch and profit, it's not a lot of profit.
