July 12, 200817 yr My friend hasn't logged in for about half a year and can't remember his password, or the majority of his recovery questions. He can remember some old passwords and has put information like his bank pin into the extra part. But they've denied it twice, any suggestions on what to do, he really wants to start playing again, but doesn't want to start a new account. Cheers :)
