I am doign a lvl 3 clue scroll and have the coordinates 12, 48 north and 20,20 east. this happens to be in the middle of a ring in low wildy above edgeville. There is a ladder in the middle. How do i get there?

That's the air obelisk I believe.

 

 

 

Go through Edgeville dungeon, up past the thugs to the red spiders, west to the black demon room. In the farthest north part of the black demon room there's a ladder which will take you to your clue spot.
