Right, thanks cause I forgot bout that. If you can make normal artisan pot(60 herb) you woudl only need about 93 smithing. If you have 93 herb, you can have 87 smithing.

Can anyone offer their 98+smithing to help me make a promethium 2h? My friend has generously offered to buy 3 of the ores so only one more ore would be needed to be mined or bought. What combat levels and gear will I need to be able to join a clan that focuses on killing Bandos? You can see my levels in my sig.

Rune defender has +19 more slash attack and -2 less strength. It's been shown theoretically and empirically that the defender gives better xp rates while training. I'd really like to train slayer at the same time and I dont think dharoks will work that well with most slayer monsters.

Currently I am using a whip, dfs, torso, and veracs skirt to train my atk to 90. I am almost there and will be starting str training soon. However, I am not sure what wep and armor to use? Should I sell the dfs and get a bgs? Or should I use dscim with dfs? My friend recommends that I keep the dfs but I'm not so sure. Maybe I should get an ss? I have about 8 mil and can boost it up to 10 mil by selling some loot. What's your advice?

This is definitely wrong. You can high alch willow long(u) for only 192gp each. And by my estimates, double nats, hunting, and killing green drags make best money.

The thing about rs is that everything is the same once you get used to it. Because when you approach something new, like getting members for the first time you have so much to do that you haven't done before. After a few years of doing the same thing like killing dragons, the game simply becomes redundant.

After the bank and lending update, the bandos items and dfs have been dropping like crazy? Is this due to lending or just a temporary lapse in prices due to supply and demand? I have a bandos plate, should i sell?

Well ive been getting a lot of different answers but I think I have the basics set. Defence vs atk to determine how many 0s hit, and str sets max hit, not sure if it increases chances of hitting higher within in the max hit range. But how bout wep/armor atk and def bonuses? How do they affect 0s hit and max hit?

It might seem a little late for this, but I'm still not sure how combat levels and armor/wep bonuses affect how hits are calculated. How does weps and armors atk and def bonus affect how high ppl hit and how many 0s they hit? I ve already have the affects of atk, def, and str lvls down. Oh yeah, does ur str only increase your max hit or does it also increase the probability of hitting higher within that max hit range? Like if i have 99 str, is it like i have the same probability to hit a one as a probability to hit my max?
