Wear the steel platebody, maple short and a wildy cape and do the emote called cheer in the arena. You might be attacked by a lvl 107 btw... Use a games necklace for Barbarian outpost telly, then go east to the agility course (need 35 agi iirc), then do your emote with the stuff, then Uri will appear, talk to him. ^^ And also, it'll warn you about double agents if you will get attacked by one. You might be attacked by a lvl 107 btw... okay this is a level 2 clue, he wont get attacked or it would say "beware of double agents". Otherwise you can e a games necklace to get to the barbarian outpost. Do the first emote inside the agility area, then do the second emote before you talk to him. I did it outside the place:D I had a piece of grass on my shoe, and she wiped that off. Yeah. Impressive, eh?
