Have you considered reading the Summoning guide at the tip.it homepage? :roll:

Use all your gold and green charms on whatever the highest level pouch you can afford. Keep your crimson until bloated leechs. Keep your blue much longer, except a few for some random summons you want to play around with (like the hunter cats).

Granite Crabs and Desert Wyrms are a beginner's best friends.

Do Tears of Guthix ::'

If you do pouches, do not use the crimson and blue ones until you reach something really good, for example Iron Titans with blues and Leeches with crimsons.

ToG FTW!!!!

but if you insist on levelling yourself, go with rock crabs. Easy, cheap and if you make pouches at Piscatoris, you can mine iron ore on the way to the obelisk. Wear arrock armour to speed things up if you want.
