That is not the way you do it. You now have to Upload your picture with an image hosting site, copy the URL Code, then click on User Control Paner -> Profile -> Edit Avatar and paste the URL Cod into the Link Off-Site box. My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.
