Sargas
I am going to train my fishing as high as I can get it although I really want 76 fishing. I am either going to fish monkfish or lobsters but I cant decided which. I know it is not the fastest way to train fishing so dont suggest other methods such as shilo fly fishing. So my question is which should I fish, monkfish or lobsters?
Seraphyna
I personally love monkfish. They are the best xp per fish in the game and they sell very nicely. They're also about as fast as lobsters (at least they were a few months ago).

Seraphyna
There are some player made fishing guilds/clans...most have a clan chat. Look into joining one. I just joined one for wcing and it makes things go a lot faster.
highlanders
Fish what you enjoy fishing, because if you don't you won't last very long and that wouldn't be very pragmatic at all. Monkfish is the most pragmatic choice, but personally I hated how everyone there says nothing. Barbarian swordfish/tuna fishing is pretty fun, maybe try with swordfish gloves. Anyway, you got a lot of options if you don't mind losing a bit of efficiency, otherwise just use monks. 2480+ total
