New skill idea: the charisma skill

With this skill, you could try and negotiate with shop owners to lower prices, even though no one really purchases from shop owners, it would bring back buying from general stores into the game again!

Hmm....not too bad of an idea, but you need to list more info, like how 2 train it

Ring of Charos is used to do some stuff like that. Anyhow you need more info, also from my view a skill that's like this isn't so much use in Runescape #-o

It could be the hypnosis or charm skill :P you could get levels by bartering with NPC's, getting good deals sometimes (which would give better amounts of exp) and you could even get NPC's to tell you of secret locations - leading to new places, new monsters, new items and more \' I think anything is possible, even a transformation skill (turning into the creature and gaining its ability etc.)
