There should be a field behind it. At this point you can either follow my bad instructions or look on your world map for a general store in the middle of a field near the mill. That's where they are. EDIT: To be honest it does not, as it is so easy and it gives you a full set of instruction in game. My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity.
