July 21, 200818 yr Dust Devils or Black Demons (in CT) for crimson charms. Bloodveld for Green charms.
July 21, 200818 yr Hellhounds, dust devils, fire giants, black demons, black dragons...I usually recommend to just train slayer as most monsters given as tasks drop lots of charms.

July 21, 200818 yr i'm surprised nobody mentioned this, but waterfiends. their range is much shorter than yours so you can get them stuck behind the rock and range them without being hit
