July 22, 200817 yr Are you F2P or P2P? If you're F2P, your only options are spiders, flesh crawlers or ice giants. If you're P2P, it would be easier to train Defence with Slayer. It will make the levels go faster.
July 22, 200817 yr as a general rule u want to have ur def lv trailing a few lvs behind since having higher att and str makes def training easier.
July 22, 200817 yr Do Slayer, it might be slower xp, but to me it actually seems faster!! Thats because you're never bored, grinding over the same monster all day : You also make alot of money doing slayer. Herb and Rune drops etc add up
