Explorer's ring 1 gives recharges your run energy 3 times per day.

 

 

 

# 2 recharges your run energy 3 times per day and gives you 30 low alchemy spells (free of runes).

 

 

 

# 3 recharges your run energy 3 times per day, gives you free 30 low alchemy spells and unlimited teleports to the cabbage patch near Port Sarim and Draynor Village.

and to be more precise the 3 energy recharge each give you 50% energy, the free low-alch will also give u the magic xp so might as well use it even on something worthless object
