Dharok's set effect: Wretched Strength

The lower health points you have the harder you hit with Dharoks, but i'v heard the set effect after gowing below 10% of the player's hitpoints doesn't increase in effect.

 

 

 

For example lets say a player had 99 overall hp and was wearing full dharoks, his hp is at 1, would he hit the same max as if he was at 8hp?

if theres no proof, then its probably a myth

Do you have proof the set effect isn't calculated in 10% increments (for example, 90-100% has no effect, 80-89% has a small effect, 70-79% has a stronger effect...)? Then it's probably a myth.

no? :? if this was true it would be mentioned on alot of dharoking guides

I haven't seen it mentioned either way- it's always pretty vague. My money's on nobody having studied this enough to know for sure.
