I got this new cell phone and ive been text messaging my friends and stuff and when the bill came, it said i got a $10 fee for a 1 minute text message. I called the phone company and they said i accidentally subscribed to something and will be charged $10 a month!!

 

 

 

Anyone know how to get fix this?

If you were sure you didn't subscribe to anything (for instance using runescape's pay by SMS feature can do that) then complain to the phone company. They can take it off your bill and refuse to pay whoever is charging your phone.

I had a problem like this a couple of years ago, i think i gave my phone to a friend and he started messing around with it (he had it for like 5h) and when i woke up next morning to send an sms i saw i had a notice on the phone from my phone company that i had less than 2eu.

 

What i did was, i called this company charging me and asked them, and they said if i wanted i could get my money back (lost like 5eu or so).

 

So try speaking with your phone company.
