I have around 1m, what's the best combo for me (fastest way to get money) in manage thy kingdom?

Would help if you said whether or not you did both quests..

I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be 100% maples and 50% flax gives you the best cash.

Okay, after reading that topic I'd agree with you. I never knew maples had dropped so severely in price - I quit RS just before they did, apparently, and I'm just getting back into the game. 10 flax and 5 fish is probably a good way to go, though replacing fish with coal wouldn't be terrible.

With what I do I get about 70k profit a day if I keep at 100%

 

50% coal (pure cash)

 

50% maples (nests = cash)

 

50% flax (cash)
