I bet many people have asked..but how do the points system work? how many tasks do i have to do in a row b4 i start getting pts? and how many pts do i get for each master?

You get points after the 5th task from any master except the burthorpe one.

You start getting points the fifth assignment and onwards, and as for the points the masters give,

 

Turael: none, he restarts your count

 

Mazchna: 1

 

Vannaka: 4

 

Chaeldar: 10

 

Sumona: 12

 

Duradel: 15

 

on the tenth task, you get 5 times the normal points, so for duradel you get 75, and sumona 60. On the fiftieth task, you get a whopping 15 times, so for duradel, 225 and sumona 180. As for point collection, mazchna for 9 tasks, and sumona, or duradel (or your preference, higher is better though) on your tenth or 50th task. note: tenth and 50th task bonus's take effect every multiple, such as 10, 20, 30 and 50, 100, 150 ect.

ok ty..but another question...does the 10th task also triple the tasks for vannaka.?

 

because i might just do him and chaeldar until 400 pts

 

dont wanna get anything bad enough that i burthrope it

 

cause then i lose my pts =S

Ah, i forgot, you can use 30 points to cancel a task, (not resetting your task count) or 100 points to permently(sp?) cancel one.

 

Also, a vannaka task on the tenth task would give you 20 points, but if your combat level is 102, why not use duradel?

Duradel gets good when u ban his bad tasks.

The reason i don't do duradel:

 

because i recently got 71 iron drags..and i really didn't wanna do it... :

 

plus if i have to burthrope it..i dont want to lose my pts im saving for the slayer helm

 

i will start using duradel right after i get the helm :thumbsup:

burthroping a task dosen't reset your points, just your task count. It still is bad, but how do these rumors get around anyway?

Oh you're serious...i could of sworn i remember reading somewhere about how if you burthrope a task..you reset all your point...ooo

 

i might boost up to sumona, just because duradel is really hard on me - especially at my lvl :^o

Do sumona until u get 500 points then do duradel :thumbsup:
