Place to use darts/knives and magic spells

I'm looking for a spot to use all those darts/knives/javelins I got from killing monsters. Someplace where you don't get hit high, or with a safespot. Some sort of casual place to use them up. I was thinking the fenced ogres but you waste like haft of them because of not having the accumulator. I tried yaks already, it bored me :x

 

 

 

I'm also looking for a monster to use magic spells on, that I can break even on, if it exists. But not metal dragons, I hate having to pay attention.

There are ogres at the bottom floor of Chaos Druid Tower (north of Ardougne). If you position yourself correctly (diagonally behind a rock, hard to explain), you could use the Accumulator to pick up the darts/knives.
