Greater demons in Ogre enclave perhaps?

Occassional Rune Full helm drop, so have telegrab runes at the ready.

I've seen a lot of people training there.

lesser demons at kajarma volcano? there are plenty of sefespots there so all you need is tons of arrows, it got me from level 30 to 55 in a short time plus they sometimes drop rune medieum helms

Ogres are always good.

I really like training range on Fire Giants in the Waterfall Dungeon. They have low defense, there are plenty of hiding spots, they're great charm droppers, and their normal drops aren't half bad. Rune arrows, rune weapons fire battle staffs, and a TON of fire runes. Greaters do drop rune full helms, but their other drops are pretty junky. Fire Giants drop d meds, and even if you don't get that, you'll still make a lot of money from their other drops.
