i was looking at the tip quest guide for this new quest..

 

 

 

at the end it says something about 10k farming exp, 7.5k attack exp, etc.'

 

 

 

can someone explain what that is and how it works?

If you use the portal in the farm from the quest, next to the flower patch, you get 10k farming exp.

 

 

 

If you go to the graveyard in the wilderness and use the portal there, you get 10k prayer exp.

 

 

 

If you go up to the axe hut and use the portal there, you get 7.5k attack exp.

 

 

 

To use the ring to enter a portal, use the "operate" function while standing on it.

or can you keep teleporting and getting exp lol?

One time exp. You can keep using the portal areas though- the farm has a magic tree that you can teleport back and forth and keep cutting without ever having to wait for a spawn. The graveyard has coffins that you can close in one world to cause ghost warriors that reportedly drop well to spawn in the other world. The axe hut portal is full of a different kind of ghost warrior which also is reported to drop well.
