Waterfall quest will unlock the ones in the waterfall dungeon great for ranging, or melee. Or you can just go to taverly, but you will be constantly attacked by wild dogs.

There's some rarely-crowded fire giants in 2 different spots in the chaos tunnels that are very easy to get to. They're also multicombat, so you can use a familiar. You might get attacked by more than one at once, but that's easily solved by running behind one of them.

there are NO wild dogs in Taverly...you must be thinking of Brimhaven. bring 1k gold and an axe.

also, if you aren't afraid of revanents, that cave near the Mage Arena has some Fire Giants in it.

the place that I kill them is in Smoke Dungeon. You need to start Desert Treasure to get in, though.

Go into the chaos tunnels entrance near the Zamorak mage, then enter the portal next to you.

Empty Fire giants! Though its multicombat and no good ranging spots.
