It's not bad, but I just think the render doesn't go well with the background, even though you blended it in very well. The background has more of a subtle look, while the render has more contrast and sharper, cleaner lines. I really like the text and border though. :-# The second one is okay, but I think the blue is a bit too light to be ocean water. Maybe make it a bit darker around the edges.
