G.E will always be the cheapest option for buying anything from a shop. Otherwise everyone would just buy from the shop\buy then sell to ge to make profit.

The only 2 f2p arrow shops are the ones in rimmington, and the one in varrock. Before the shop update, there were cheaper than market price but their prices were raised so atm the GE is cheapest.
