Windows vista CPU problem BSOD

Featured Replies

I have received this couple times now, and the computer is HP prebuild and i have never changed hardware in it.... But this BSOD keeps coming back for some reason:

A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval

is there a program that might be causing it? This thing normally happens when the computer is not performing any task and sometimes with a program minimized open..... what might be the possible cause of this?

I got Intel Q6600 and it's running at about 34C on the first core, and the rest 3 cores are slight cooler than the first one according to speedfan
