need a ranging tip

where's the best place to train ranged with these stats:

 

 

 

ranged: 84

 

hp: 76

 

defense: 40

 

pray: 1

 

 

 

I guess Chinchompas are out of question since my pray is 1. How should I equip myself? Rune c'bow and addy bolts?

I'm guessing you don't have 55 slayer, so yeah, addy bolts. If you're interested in training summoning, the black demons in the chaos tunnels are safespottable (there's a place along the north wall that is too narrow for demons to enter from which you can range to either side). They drop a crimson charm probably about 70% of the time, are excellent exp, and drop enough rune chains and meds to pay off your bolts and then some. Bring ranged pots and alchs.

 

 

 

In fact, bring ranged pots WHEREVER you go. They're SO cheap, a dose is worth like two bolts. A dose will save you more than two bolts by getting more exp/bolt, and makes everything go quicker.
