Should I cook these, with a chance of burning some, or sell them raw and use that money buying lobsters, which I don't burn. Retired Tip.It Crew Mapper. You stop burning monks at around 92. I know, being 99 cooking. That said, definitely don't cook monkfish if your cooking is below 88 or so. You'll burn too many.
