I'm doing the heroes quest but I need someone that in the Black Arms gang to help with the quest, I will also help that person with the Phoenix gang part of the quest. And also, you do know that you can have a partner that has already done the quest for heros right? I helped 4 guys who were waiting outside the building for heros because my house was on brimhaven. All of them were pheonix gang, lol. It works both ways, just find a friend who has already done it.
