has been posted many and many times. Use the search feature. Or better yet, use the media board and stickies.

post pictures of runescape? u mean? well u hit printscreen, then go to paint. then edit then paste. crop ur image. then save it, then find an imagehosting site, such as http://www.imageshack.us. upload the picture onto the site and keep the URL they give u, (they should give u numerous ones) then copy and paste that into tip.it forums with img tags around it. like this:

the xxx's represent your uploading site. pm me on the site if u need anymore help or just search for a full and better guide.
