1) Is it safe? obviously the most important thing for me is that my account does not get stolen.

1) Seems safe to me! Used it, and SS for yonks without troubles.

 

2) Yes it has IRC attached to it.

It's 100% safe, hundreds of thousands of people use it, if not millions.

Lol wut? It's not against Jagex rules, it would be extremely silly if it were against Tip.it rules.

Lol wut? It's not against Jagex rules, it would be extremely silly if it were against Tip.it rules.

 

It's legal but jagex dosent support it, and last time i made a thread about swiftkit it was locked :o

Well the tip.it community doesn't want people to get hacked, since we all play Runescape here. If you choose to use swift kit, and we don't know where you got it from and we haven't virus scanned it ourselves and you got it from your friend...And afterwards, you get hacked. Tip.it isn't reliable.

This mostly sums up why we don't allow third-party clients nor the discussion of it.
