So I was just happily doing my stuff until I came upon this weird NPC. He is in Rimmington, his name is "Customs Sergeant" (similar to "Customs Officer" in Karamja) and when you talk to him, he responds "Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz". In the same room as he is in there is a a "Locker" with the only option being "Store". When I click it, the dude replies "Hey! Nobody stores anything in there unless they are under arrest."

 

 

 

So I'm wondering.. who is he.. what does he do.. what is that locker used for... any other info you can give me

the locker like a deposit box, its members only though. and you unlock it during the rocking out quest. its a member quest. comes in handy if your cutting yews down there.
