One of the quest rewards listed is:

 

"The ability to steal from Customs lockers"

 

 

 

After the quest I checked at Rimmington and there is only a store option for banking so where can you steal from customs lockers?

It's back on that jail on that island. Second floor I believe.

Yup. It's at the jail, second floor. The same place where you took out the pirate's file for the broach. You will once again want a full customs outfit, so kill yourself an officer when ya get there.

I've been there and stole from the lockers. They loot isn't half bad, definitely worth checking out.
