I could use some help editting some excess noise for my brother's bar mitzvah movie clip, as it's pretty distracting. I have the program audacity, but I don't really know how to use it too well. If you could tell me what to do, thanks. If I could just send you the .wav file, that'd be even better.

Have you tried the Noise Removal filter in Audacity? Simply select the entire clip and use Filter > Noise Removal. It won't be perfect, but experiment and I'm sure you'll be able to filter most of it out.
