I s'pose the title says it all. In the Item DB it says it is used for a quest (not necessarily needed.) While that quest is members only (RFD) an F2Per can easily obtain it from searching the bookshelves of the Wise Old Man's house. If you need a picture for proof, I'll supply one.

Hmm, well here goes. Also note that you can not get a second book of any of them (Strange Book, Book of Folklore or Book on Chickens) twice without dropping your first copy.
