So I was last members about 4 months ago, and I decided to sign up again except I'm having some trouble with Paypal. I'm from Canada (if that is relevant to anything).

 

 

 

I usually sign up using Paypal, so I tried doing that again, except it tells me "I am not a verified member of Paypal". Anyone know what this means? Why do I have to be a verified member? I do have a Paypal account (same one i used to upgrade to members countless times), so what's going on?

Verified Paypal accounts are basically linked to a creditcard/bank account someplace with a permanent mailing address. Sometimes ebay sellers ask that you have a verified Paypal account, and I guess Jagex started doing so too.
