neon400 Posted August 17, 2008 Share Posted August 17, 2008 The current guide makes no mention that you MUST talk to the cosmic being floating around the plane where you get starflowers before they will grow. I waited for several minutes, with no flowers, and once I spoke with the being they began growing immediately.
