Shilo village quest help

Ok im so stuck on shilo village, i cant make beads of the dead! Got the wire and the beads, it says i need instructions. Ive tried everything thats possible using on the guy Trufitus. I cant do it! What am i doing wrong?

Are you sure you used the pummel on Truf' ? Because that will trigger the particular conversation about making a bronze necklace I think. So you may need to drop your beads and go and get another pummel however I am not 100% sure so do try using everything you got from Briv guys tomb on him and maybe wait for another response as I may ofcourse be completely wrong.

Questions like these are very difficult for us to answer. The best advice that I can give is to review the quest log in the quest menu and see if you have completed everything up to that point. As this is an old quest it has been years since I completed and sadly I cannot remember exactly how to get the beads.

 

 

 

So just make sure that you have done everything the log suggests and talk to all of the NPCs involved. Sometimes there is a small detail that you may have missed.

 

 

 

Checking the quest guide I see that you need to 'use' the locating crystal, the sword hilt, and the blue scroll on Trufitus in order for him to explain how to make the beads. I am not sure whether removing the beads from the sword causes you not to be able to 'use' them on Trufitus. Anyway I hope that helps.
