Runehq is crap and doesn't have all the monsters, and Tip.It is also down for some reason.

There are couple northeast of Zanaris bank and near Cosmic altar (click on the moving mushrooms).

 

 

 

You need Fungicide spray to kill them (buy from a slay master)

 

 

 

Oh and theyre magic based ;)

Get a fungicide sprayer and some extra refills (two separate items) at a slayer master, and wear magic protection. Then head on down to the cosmic altar area and try to pick the mushrooms.
