Flash should never be used to make websites, ever! In fact, there shouldn't even be any animations whatsoever on websites. Why? Because they aggrivate more than they please.

No, there are some good Flash sites, can't think of the names atm, but they had elements so it was just barely there and you could of sworn it was just some fancy DHTML going on
