With my Stats (in sig) what would be my best option for completing the fight caves?

I'm not really looking to train any stats right now...would I be fine using only range with my current lvl? If not, would I use the guthans method? or something else?

Read it, ty, but my question still remains, since (as far as I can tell) he never actually says which technique is easier. I meet the lvl requirements he listed for both methods, but since my range lvl is comparatively weaker than my melee stats, I'm still unsure as to which option I should pursue.
