Sorry I can't really help with red chins, I use grays but you should be expecting ~20-25m from your level. And use range pots, they really help.

Take the number of each item (# of chins and p pots) and apply current prices to them.

I'm not sure how many prayer potions but I would say buy 50 only at once.
