I've got a small question. How can you make a custom Vbulletin design with pictures and such and after thet implent it in your forum? I need to make a design for a Vbulletin forum but i have no idea how or what.

If it's anything like invisionfree, then you'll need to create headers and titles etc, and use the css code to implement them.
