Do you plan on adding to it? If not, I suggest you look up what the "rule of thirds" is.

Well sorry, but the essence of pixel art is that it usually takes a long time to make. You're not going to make something great in 5 minutes. I'm not saying that's the time you spent on it, but I'm sure you can also see that it does look rushed. There is no real shading, making everything look flat. There are problems with your linework too, it's really messy and needs cleaning up (explained in multiple pixel art tutorials in the resources sticky, check them out). Also, the guy's shoulders/body seem very small compared to his head, but anatomy isn't really the main thing to work on right now, you'll want to get the basics down first by practising with shading on random objects (not people yet).
