1) are you using firefox?

2) are you playing runescape on Firefox?

3) do you have greasemonkey installed?

if you answered any of these 'no' then you can't use it.

Greasemonkey is the Firefox add-on that reads Tip.it Microhelper. Think of it like the Microhelper is an mp3 file and Greasemonkey is a media player. You can get an mp3 file without a media player, but good luck getting your computer to understand how to play it. You can download Greasemonkey here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748
