i have to spin a large quantity of an item so basically i just wanted to know where is the closest spinngn wheel to a bank?

I believe the best one is the spinning wheel at Neitiznot, personally. There is a a one-click bank which you can see from the spinning wheel.

The Fremennik Isles quest.

You need to do the Fremmy Isles and the Fremmy Trials to access the Neitiznot wheel. I would recommend the Lumby wheel. Its not the closest, but it it usually the busiest. Spinning large quantities isn't all that interesting, and it would give you time to chat with people.
