Paste the picture you want to crop into MS paint.

 

 

 

Select the part you want to be displayed, and press control-c.

 

 

 

Select everything, and delete it.

 

 

 

Scroll up/left, make sure you're able to see the top left corner of the empty space.

 

 

 

Press control-v.

 

 

 

Now remove the white part by clicking on it, then using the little thing in the bottom right side to delete it.

 

 

 

Once you're done, don't forget to save the picture.
