Ice burst would be your best bet.

 

You get app. 150 exp/cast on Ape Atoll, and app. 150-200k exp/h.

 

Do the math yourself :lol:

If you're going to power train magic with ice burst, you might as well burst rock lobsters. Same/better exp, but you'll get tons of charms.
