MrNiceGuy69
Hi. Though im a ranger, i wish to get my attack, str and def up. But in order to do it fast i'd have to find out a good place and equip to train. Stats: Attack 50 Str 50 Def 51 Hp 83 Money is no object, as long as i get fast melee xp!!!(I'd also keep banking to minimum) ...on my way to a Def 1 Hybrid.. for the 2nd time - Wow ! Guest
If you're p2p try experiements or rock crabs if you're f2p well I dunno flesh crawlers :)
poopsydoopsy
Umm as a f2p I would do moss giants in crandore, that way you get prayer xp too. I would raise your att/def first, then str. Full rune, an inventory of trout/salmon and the lummy ring would be all you would need... They're realatively low leveled. 26,974th person to get 85 mining on September 20th, 2008Try Ferion, it only takes a few minutes per day; you can play it while mining. ultimatballr
Umm, well we can go very basic here in saying that Yaks (fremmy Isles quest required), Experiments (Creature of Fenkenstrain quest Required) and Rock Crabs (no quest required) are usually the #1 place to train and even training for 99 defence I spent a majority of my time at experiments. If you are going to train there look to bring your best STR bonus gear. Defence is not necessary in those places. Also bring Super att/str pots or Combat pots to maximize your exp/hour. Rock Crabs are usually very crowded. Yaks are not to crowded off peak times but usually its difficult to find a world when peak hours hit. Experiments are the least crowded of the 3 but more spread out (not really an issue though). The only time you should be banking is to get more pots. Also for the 2 that require quests you do not need to finish the quests just to do them up to a certain point. ---- Once you hit 70 defence you can also buy some guthans and camp at other places such as Lighthouse Daggs (they are under the lighthouse) Ankous (in SoS) and Firegiants (waterfall or brimhaven) to name a few. A few other places people enjoy training, but are for lower levels, are Hill Giants (west of GE, mostly a F2P place but I am sure its empty on members) Moss Giants (North of Ardy or at the end of Varrock sewers) umm that's really all I can think of for now. Maybe like caged Ogres but just going in the cage and meleeing. I don't know about that one though. ---- If you are not a camping kind of person then you could try Slayer which is usually the best route to go, not for fast effecting exp training just better for all around training while gaining a slight profit as well. Your equipment for slayer is pretty much whatever your best stuff is, that you are WILLING to lose. Don't go into a task scared, if you are just bring a one click teleport, but also don't go into a task thinking your god either. Whether it be full rune or full bandos. Apparently, my signature was to big.
