I would recommend using a clan chat to help you find star crash sites. I have had good results for star crashes and penguin spotting using "Forsakenmage" clan chat. This is the unofficial Tip.It chat, with many of its users on world 99. Members using other worlds will often post their star finds too, resulting in many Tip.Iters quickly coming to aid.

To be safe, just scan the area around the bank and check the mining spots of the area.

It all depend, not everybody that uses Tip.It set their homeworld as world 99.

 

Secondly, why use a team if you know more or less, where the star can be found.

 

Thirdly, the exp of soloing a crashed star is yummy.

 

 

 

I'm not saying that finding in a team is bad. But it really depends whether you value getting star dust and being rewarded faster over mining exp or not.
